I can not map the Backup folder to restore a file. I get this error message saying:
"not currently available"
Please follow the steps below to map the backup folder:
Make sure the USB drive is connected to the server and it is powered on. From the server Dashboard:
step 1: Click on the backup /restore button
step 2: Select restore files ( this will mount the USB drive on the server)
Now from Magellan Right click on the Magellan icon and select Manage Network Folders.
step 3: map the backup folder/drive on your PC
step 4: restore the file you wish to restore
step 5: unmap the backup folder/drive from your PC (you can leave it mapped if you do not disconnect the usb drive)
step 6: From the server dashboard click Done on the restore screen ( this will un mount the USB drive from the server).
Now the USB drive is free to be disconnected from the server.
